Men’s Group

When: Every Monday – 2:00 – 3:30 pm
Where: Castro Community Meeting Room, Upstairs at 501 Castro.

Women’s Support Group

What:  The Openhouse Women’s Support group meets in a confidential and welcoming space where we share our lives and support each other.

The group is free and meets weekly. Themes include: loneliness versus solitude, relationships and boundaries, creativity and the need to create despite obstacles; gender, sexuality, and the many challenges and insights of aging.

HIV Support Group

What: A safe place to meet and talk with other HIV+ people.

“Clearing House” – Drop-In Cluttering  Support Group

When: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays – 12:30 to 2:00 pm
Where: Openhouse Bob Ross LGBT Senior Center, 65 Laguna Street.
What: Openhouse and the Mental Health Association of San Francisco welcome you to “Too Much Stuff,” a drop-in support group, currently slated to run through July, and open to all community members who feel they “struggle with stuff,” i.e. you do not have to consider yourself a “hoarder” to benefit from this group. The group is meant to be a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can share your struggles and your strategies with other LGBT community members 55 years+.

Drop-In Support Group for LGBT Caregivers of Those With Dementia

When: 4th Wednesdays of the month – 6:00 – 7:30 pm
Where: Call for location
What: This free group is co-sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association and Openhouse.  Share your experiences and stories with other LGBT community members caring for a loved one with dementia. Docs & Talks

When: 3rd Thursdays of the month – 2:00 – 4:00 pm
Where: Bob Ross LGBT Senior Center 65 Laguna St.
