Construction of our new LGBTQ-welcoming affordable senior housing is on schedule and will be ready for residents to move in, in May 2019! Marcy Adelman and Jeanette Gurevitch Openhouse Community; also known as 95 Laguna is a 79-unit apartment community in San Francisco, California. There are 40 studio units, 36 one-bedroom units, 2 two-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom Manager’s unit. 15 units are covered by the Continuum of Care program under DHSH. 6 units are covered by the HOPWA program under the Plus Housing List that is administered by MOHCD. The remaining 57 are for the general population. All seventy-eight (78) rental units are governed by the IRS Section 42 Tax Credit Program.
